Abstract

A conceptual model as per types of documentation applicable in enterprises is presented in this paper. This conceptual model is an abstract framework comprising of about 200 different documents from 6 enterprises with different missions. Using CYC ontology model and adding the related concepts a developed ontology model is gained which will be utilized for providing a framework for developing and producing enterprise software and describing workflows and the enterprise processes. In the meantime, a model for implementing this framework will be provided using service oriented architecture.
